Payday Super

Support exception testing across full employee populations to ensure Superannuation Guarantee obligations have been met under the new Payday Super legislation from July 2026. Testing includes a cross reference between Payroll, STP2 lodgements and SAFF file remittances, as well as a reconstruction of Superannuation calculations as required. Module coming soon – see more details about Payday Super here

Employee share scheme

Automate end-to-end employee share scheme reporting calculation and preparation of all required documentation and filings, as well as associated obligations including payroll tax and gender pay gap reporting calculations as required.

Workers’ compensation automation

Available as an extension to our Payroll Tax module, the Workers' Compensation module of Workforce Automate summarises your Payroll Data to calculate the rateable remuneration to provide to Insurers required for Workers' Compensation Cover.

Superannuation guarantee and Single Touch Payroll 2 analyser

PwC’s Workforce Automate, performs ‘whole of population’ calculations across payroll, STP2 and remittance data, ensuring Superannuation Guarantee obligations have been met, including compliance with STP2 lodgements and payment reconciliation to bank remittances.

This approach and methodology can also be applied to the forthcoming Payday Super legislation requirements, providing clients with confidence that system configurations are tested and validated against payment outcomes ahead of 1 July 2026. As a further enhancement, the Payday Super Workforce Automate module can be onboarded as an ongoing diagnostic and governance tool to ensure compliance with legislative requirements.
