Appointment of Replacement Liquidators

Phil Carter and Daniel Walley were appointed as Liquidators of Interchase Corporation Limited on 3 March 2020.

Finalisation of liquidation

Interchase Corporation Limited has a claim in the Scheme Administration of FAI and HIH. Due to a successful Class Action by the shareholders of FAI and HIH the final distributions from these Administration have been delayed. The  Scheme Administrators have advised that they expect that it will now take another 12 months to pay a final dividend. Hence they are now forecasting a final dividend in mid to late 2021.
