As you may be aware, a meeting of the Company’s creditors (the Meeting) was scheduled to be held on Tuesday 31 March 2020.
Due to restrictions put in place to limit COVID-19 (also known as Coronavirus), the meeting rooms of the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand are no longer available to hold the Meeting. The Meeting will proceed via telephone only.
