Appointment:
Simon Theobald, Melissa Humann and Stephen Longley were appointed joint and several Administrators of Stargroup Limited (SGL) and three of the following subsidiaries on 21 November 2017:
• Stargroup Investments Limited (SIL)
• Star Payment Systems Pty Ltd (SPS)
• StarATM Pty Ltd (SAT).
The appointment of Administrators followed the appointment of Richard Tucker and John Bumbak of KordaMentha Restructuring as Receivers and Managers of the Companies on 19 November 2017.
