Collaborating for systemic change

Facilitating cross-sector collaboration to address the complex problems and opportunities facing our society.

We support collaboration for systemic change

A way to bring the right people, together with the right information, to work on shared social issues.

What is systemic change?

PwC defines systemic change as change that involves and impacts all parts of a system through shifting the interrelationships and interdependencies among those parts.

We focus our efforts at systemic change by:

  • engaging with the existing system to learn and understand contexts, behaviours, dynamics, patterns, structures and processes that lead to the outcomes the system generates
  • addressing and shifting fundamental leverage points such as information flows, power structures, goals and mindsets (paradigms) out of which the system arises
  • foster the emergence of new patterns of organisation and structure that produce different outcomes.

The Impact Assembly

Through this social venture we harness the power of many to create social impact that lasts. We seek to bring the right people, together with the right information, to work on shared social issues.
