PwC Academy Subscription

A Private Business Academy Subscription lasts 12 months from the day you are given access to the platform. 

Your Private Business Academy subscription will automatically renew at the end of your subscription period and you will be charged at the current subscription rates for the upcoming year using the same payment method as when you first registered.

If your payment is unsuccessful, your access to Private Business Academy will be suspended until you can make payment.

Prior to your account renewing, you will receive an email 15 days out from the renewal date reminding you of the upcoming payment.

If you wish to cancel your subscription, please email privatebusinessacademy@au.pwc.com before the end of your current subscription term.

No, you will get access to all content and you can consume as much content as you like within this timeframe.

A team subscription enables you to have “team manager” rights for you and your team members, this includes being able to assign learning courses, track how your team members are progressing and gives you ability to curate playlists that are customised to your organisation. 

There is no additional fee to enable a team subscription, and discounted team subscription prices apply based on the number of subscriptions purchased.  

Yes, if you have purchased a Private Business Academy subscription for your team a subscription can be transferred from a leaver to a new joiner within the same organisation. The remaining duration of the subscription will be transferred over to the new joiner. Please contact the Private Business Academy team to request a transfer.  

You can purchase a Private Business Academy Subscription online using one of the following payment methods: 

• Credit Card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express all accepted); and

• BECS Direct Debit

On completion of each online course, a certificate and learning transcript will be made available to you for your reference. 

It is your responsibility to determine whether your completed activities can be claimed towards your CPD requirements. 

In general, valid CPD activities are any activities that are structured, educational or technical in content, and enhance your knowledge, skills and ability to do your job. If you consider that the activities you have undertaken meet this criteria, then it is likely the activity can be claimed towards your CPD requirements.
