Warren Dick is the Tax & Legal Leader at PwC Australia. In this role he leads a multidisciplinary team of tax, legal and workforce specialists who are committed to helping clients navigate an increasingly complex and evolving business environment, and providing expert, trusted advice that organisations can depend on.
Warren has over 30 years of experience in corporate tax, all with PwC Australia. Throughout his career, he has advised leading organisations on tax structuring, due diligence, acquisitions and disposals, tax consolidation and compliance matters.
Prior to being appointed Tax & Legal leader, Warren led PwC Australia’s Tax Reporting & Innovation practice, leading initiatives to build and implement technology solutions that transform tax functions and improve efficiency and transparency. He has also held the position of Chairman of PwC's AFSL holder, PwC Securities Pty Ltd and a member of the Global Tax Technology Strategy Board.
Warren joined PwC as a graduate in 1992 and was appointed Partner in 2003. He has worked in the firm's Brisbane, Sydney and Perth offices.
