Barry has over 20 years’ experience in the financial sector, leading large scale, customer-led transformation programs across digital, mobile, telephony and branch networks. Prior to joining PwC, Barry held executive positions in transformation and strategy in top-tier banks in the UK and Australia.
Barry has deep expertise across retail strategy, digital banking, multi-channel implementation, customer-centric transformation, and delivery of sustainable change.
