We value your feedback regarding your relationship with PwC, and your response to this Survey is completely voluntary. Each member firm in the PwC network (PwC firm) is a separate legal entity. For further details, please see www.pwc.com/structure.
The survey link provided to you is personal to you, and must not be shared with anyone else. If you do choose to participate in the survey, you will be responsible for all use of (including access to) the survey and any webpages used to navigate through the survey (together, the “Survey”) by you and anyone else who gains access to your personal survey link. You must not use the Survey for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose.
The Survey contains functionality that allows you to provide responses, comments, ideas and/or suggestions (“Feedback”). You acknowledge and agree that your Feedback is not confidential, and that the provision of any Feedback does not place PwC under any obligation. Any Feedback that you provide in connection with the Survey will be owned by PwC. PwC will be free to use this Feedback for any lawful purpose, and no payment will be payable by PwC, nor will PwC be liable for any use of the Feedback.
