Future of Work Maturity Radar

Assess how prepared your organisation is for tomorrow.

Navigating the future of work

Our Future of Work Maturity Radar can help you assess how prepared your organisation is when it comes to being future-fit. Through a simple survey you can complete alone, you'll receive a report benchmarking your organisation’s current capability, and recommended areas of focus.

The pandemic accelerated our path to the future of work and although we've adapted, it's time to build on what has happened - focusing on both the successes and shortcomings. Organisations need to prepare themselves and take deliberate action on their transformation strategy.

This responsibility lies across the organisation from strategy, risk, and finance to human capital and everything in between. And with competing priorities and focus being on post-pandemic recovery, it isn’t easy to know where to start or if you’re on the right track.

Structured across the four dimensions of the Future of Work Framework, the Future of Work Maturity Radar takes into consideration: work type, workforce, workplace and the experience of work. And after only 15 minutes you will be able to:

  • diagnose your future of work maturity
  • understand what steps to take next
  • initiate change in your organisation.

The four dimensions

PwC Australia developed the Future of Work Maturity Radar, based on our research and extensive experience in designing and implementing future of work strategies. It assess the four dimensions in the PwC Future of Work Framework:

FoW Barometer

Work Type

The way in which the very nature of work is changing, right from the macro and systems level trends, like labour market trends and related policies, through to the on-the-ground legal and compliance implications.

Workforce

This is the resources, both people and technology, needed to do the work. It’s all about ensuring the right capability with the right skills in the right place at the right time.

Workplaces and spaces

The workplace is the physical and digital environment within which work is structured and undertaken. It’s everything from the real estate strategy, through to the layout of the environment, and the way work gets done.

Experience of Work

All about the way in which the worker experiences the purpose, values, and culture of the organisation as demonstrated by their behaviours and engagement
