With expertise in risk, assurance and management consulting, Nicola provides comprehensive support to optimise your operations, supporting you to deliver high quality and cost effective services, manage and monitor risks and provide confidence to your Board and Governing Committees Nicola has deep expertise in Clinical Risk and Clinical Internal Audit, leading a team of risk professionals and clinicians who are deeply committed to supporting their clients enhance safety and quality outcomes for patients and consumers across Australia and Internationally.

Solutions:

Nicola seeks to collaborate and create solutions to industry challenges. This has included working with Curtin University, Future of Work Institute to translate leading evidence-based practice from ‘Thrive at Work’ to help clients see, manage and mitigate psychosocial risk and meet new and evolved regulatory requirements to prevent harm in the workplace. In response to changes in regulatory requirements post the Aged Care Royal Commission, she also led the development of PwC’s Aged Care Accreditation Platform (ACAP). ACAP was developed to meet new standards in aged care, providing real-time compliance monitoring and ensuring organisation has confidence in

meeting accreditation expectations every day. Nicola has also developed industry-agnostic solutions for workplace injury management, clinical governance, and patient safety risk frameworks, increasingly supporting HR and Clinical leaders in optimising health and safety agendas for employees and consumers.
