Chief Strategy, Risk and Reputation Officer, PwC Australia
Sean Gregory is the Chief Strategy, Risk and Reputation Officer at PwC Australia and a member of PwC Australia's Executive Board. He is responsible for firmwide strategy and planning, reputation spanning brand, media, regulatory and government affairs, and risk including Office of General Council and independence. Sean is also the Chief Risk Officer for PwC Asia Pacific. Previously, Sean was the firm’s Chief Operating Officer, with responsibility for firm investments, finance, banking and technology.
With a career spanning more than two decades at PwC Australia, Sean possesses extensive experience in delivering Transactions Services advice to leading private equity and venture capital clients - both domestically and internationally. With experience in the private and government sectors, Sean provides advisory services in core Transactions Services areas of PwC's Deals unit, including financial due diligence; vendor due diligence; vendor assistance; bid support and defence; capital markets; delivering deal value.
Prior to joining PwC Australia, Sean was with PwC U.K, where he launched his career in the London office.
Sean has a keen interest in education, and is a Board member of St Aloysius school and a member of the University of NSW's Business Advisory Council. He is also a Board Member of Scale, a female-focused angel investor network.
