PwC legal partner Karen Evans-Cullen has been reappointed by the Minister for Revenue and Financial Services, the Hon. Kelly O’Dwyer MP to the Australian Government’s Takeovers Panel.
The Panel is a peer review body that regulates control transactions and is the primary forum for resolving disputes about takeovers.
Karen is one of Australia’s leading M&A and corporate advisory lawyers, having acted in a number of significant strategic transactions over a period of 20 years. Her reappointment reflects the high regard in which she is held within the field.
