Earlier this year, PwC released a research survey report – Modern mobility: Moving Women with Purpose.

The study found that there is a glaring disconnect in female expectations and companies’ approaches to female mobility and found that only 20 per cent of the current internationally mobile population are women and only 22 per cent of global mobility executives are actively trying to increase their levels of female mobility.
