We are pleased to announce our agreed acquisition of Australian cybersecurity firm WebSecure Technologies Australia, an Australian IT security and risk management firm that specialises in implementing Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
WebSecure is recognised as the longest serving and largest boutique Australian implementation partner of global security company CyberArk.
Privileged Access Management (PAM) and in particular CyberArk skills are vital to the security of Australia’s digital future, ensuring deep digital identity protection. WebSecure provides a complete end-to-end solution in Privileged Access Management, including licensing, implementation, maintenance and support, and on-going operational managed services.

As a result, one Partner and 12 staff have received offers to join PwC at the beginning of November 2021. This growth in our expertise and our community is a further demonstration of our strong commitment to building a secure digital Australia.
Since restructuring our Cybersecurity and Digital Trust capability in October 2020 to provide clients with a completely streamlined, agile and secure end-to-end solution, we’ve added 120 new team members, including the creation and resourcing of our onshore Skilled Service Hub.
We’re now a team of 320, bringing deep expertise from digital trust and identity management through to cybersecurity resilience and response and digital law.
The Australian Prudential Regulation Authority has signalled concern that regulated entities in financial services may not be doing enough on cybersecurity.
