Watch our most recent event with Andrea Clarke, Founder of FutureFit Digital Learning as part of the Future of Work Conversation Series

Andrea founded FutureFit in 2012 and stepped into EdTech in 2015, when she built her first LMS system to build capability in remote learners. A former television news reporter and Washington D.C. correspondent, Andrea covered major news events for Al Jazeera English, the Pentagon Channel and Thomson Reuters before working on humanitarian aid programs to rebuild Iraq and Afghanistan.

Andrea is the author of the book: 'Future Fit: How to Stay Relevant and Competitive in the Future of Work' -  a finalist in the Australian Career Book Award 2019, winner of the Australian Business Book of the Year 2019 and finalist in the UK Business Book Awards 2020.

As leaders grapple with the ongoing impacts of the pandemic and the threat of 'The Great Resignation' playing out in Australia, many are asking how to position their organisations as an employer of choice, one that attracts and retains top talent - at a time when highly skilled knowledge workers are exercising more power over the way they live their life than ever before.Andrea will bring in the latest thinking to this question, including:
  • The Great Resignation Migration
  • Redefining the relationship between employer & employee
  • The rise of the individual
  • The four ways organisations can retain talent.

Signature series event
Watch on demand | What Workers Want: Winning the war on talent.

Over a third of Australian workers told us they plan to leave their job during the next 12 months. To win the war on talent, organisations must revisit their EVP.  But first you need to know what your employees want. Watch as we reveal the priorities of workers across the country - from the frontline to the back office. We shared the results of our new national research study, including how EVP priorities change across gender and generation - and exposed the perception gap between what leaders believe and what workers actually want.
