About Nicole

Nicole leads PwC’s Financial Services and Consumer Business for Consulting.

Before assuming her current role, Nicole accumulated over 20 years of experience working in the Banking, Insurance and Wealth Management industries leading Risk, Operations and Transformation engagements. 

Nicole has advised numerous boards and committees on good governance, helping them respond to reputational and regulatory challenges, risks, and develop sustainable solutions. Nicole has also worked with large financial services organisations on transformational projects that resulted from acquisitions, amalgamations and business restructures. 

As an independent expert, Nicole has worked extensively with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC). She was the lead partner for the ASIC Capability Review, which assessed how ASIC fulfils its mandate for the Federal Treasury.

Nicole’s professional career has afforded her the opportunity to work in the United States, Asia and all over Australia. Nicole has also been the leader of PwC’s Risk Consulting practice for Australia, New Zealand and SouthEast Asia.

In addition to her role at PwC, Nicole sits on the foundation board at St Joseph's College and chairs the foundation’s Finance and Investment Committee. Nicole has a Bachelor of Commerce from Sydney University. Residing in Sydney, she is married and has 3 young children.
