About Kristin

Kristin is the Strategy and Transformation Leader for PwC Australia and a member of the firm's Management Leadership Team. She was previously the Assurance Leader  and the Audit business leader. As part of these roles, Kristin was the key driver and project sponsor of the digital transformation of the firm’s audit business in Australia, China and Southeast Asia. She also led one of PwC’s consulting businesses for three years, delivering significant growth.

A partner of 18 years, Kristin has extensive experience as both an auditor and adviser across a wide variety of industries.  As the lead auditor on some of Australia’s largest ASX entities, Kristin has focused on driving quality and integrity in audit and the critical role the audit profession plays in underpinning trust in the capital markets. Kristin is currently a Board Member of the Group of 100, representing PwC Australia.

Kristin has a passion for innovation and bringing together diverse groups of people to effect meaningful and sustainable change in the community and the world at large, with Mental Health being a particular focus area. She co-founded Innowell, a venture between Sydney University and PwC, designed to transform the way mental health services are delivered. Kristin is also a Board member of Taronga Conservation Society Australia and the Mindgardens Neuroscience Network, and was a founding participant of the Corporate Mental Health Alliance Australia. Kristin plays a leading role in many projects supporting women, including as the Chair of Women for Change. In 2019, Kristin was named in the Australia Financial Review’s ‘100 Women of Influence’, having been nominated in the innovation category.   

Outside of work, Kristin enjoys spending time at home with family, reading extensively and appreciating “quiet time” given the wonderful, exciting opportunities her role at PwC offers.
