Joe is the NSW leader of PwC's Integrated Infrastructure practice, supporting NSW Government to transform outcomes through infrastructure and precincts. Joe is also the national lead for commissioning and delivery reform, working collaboratively with Government agencies, service delivery partners, communities and citizens to facilitate new and innovative ways to work together to achieve a better society for all. Joe's work in this space has involved supporting major programs of government and service reform in health, human services and justice across Australia, NZ and the UK.
