About Catherine
Catherine is the People Leader at PwC Australian and a member of the firm's Management Leadership Team. In this role she is responsible for driving the delivery of our business outcomes through our people, working across the business to enhance collaboration and connectivity. Her key focus areas include assuring the safety and wellbeing of our people and improving our end-to-end people systems and processes. With a long career in supporting diverse workforces and creating an inclusive environment for all, Catherine is a key champion of PwC's Diversity and Inclusion strategy.
Catherine is an accomplished commercial leader with experience in delivering strong people performance in large, complex businesses. With a background in law, she has worked in leadership roles for iconic Australian businesses with a focus on building great, safe workplaces and talented teams that deliver strategic outcomes for the customer.
Catherine is passionate about supporting people to deliver their best at work, building leadership capability at all levels and ensuring people are safe while working. Building a workplace culture that enables those outcomes and the PwC Values is at the heart of everything she does.
