Recruitment Process
Our process has never been easier!
We'll give you every chance to show us what you're made of and that you possess the skills we look for.
It's very important to us that we find the right people for the firm, so we've created a step-by-step process that will help us get to know each other and work together to match your interests and skills with the right opportunities at PwC.
We aspire to seek and integrate a diverse range of perspectives, people and ideas into our workforce. Therefore we'll ask optional questions about your cultural background and gender as part of the job application process. Your responses will be used for anonymised reporting, and will not be visible to recruiters during the recruitment process.
By answering these questions it will help us understand the diversity of our candidates and our workforce. This informs our diversity and inclusion strategies, policies and practices.
