Annual Report

Pursuant to Section 1603, and Section 508 [repealed] of the Corporations Act 2001 (the Act), we have lodged with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) a report detailing:

  • our acts and dealings as Liquidators and conduct of the winding up
  • actions to be carried out

Updated Declaration of Independence, Relevant Relationships and Indemnities (DIRRI)

PPB Advisory merged with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) on 1 August 2018. As a result, the majority of PPB Advisory’s partners and staff joined PwC, including the Liquidators of the Group. We do not consider there to be any conflict or impediment for us to continue to progress the liquidation. Therefore, the liquidation of the Group continues as usual. We lodged with ASIC an updated DIRRI reflecting the above information.
