Higher Apprenticeship program

New pathway. New possibilities.

Traditionally, there has only been one route to a career in professional services. University. Degree. Career. But things have changed. The world of business is changing, and there are now opportunities available to you straight out of school.

PwC is proud to be launching a new entry path for high school leavers, commencing July 2017 in both our Consulting and Assurance teams. The Higher Apprenticeships program is an alternative pathway to the traditional graduate route, offering you the opportunity to earn a competitive salary while studying towards a professional qualification from a leading training organisation.

Just like our graduates, you’ll work on varied, challenging client or internal projects. Our program is designed to help you develop your business skills while completing your qualification and contributing to real client work. You’ll enjoy on-the-job training and coaching, alongside time out to study for your exams. When you complete your apprenticeship, you’ll have access to the same opportunities for career progression as a new graduate.
