In PwC’s most comprehensive Total Retail Survey to date, we asked nearly 23,000 online shoppers around the world about issues ranging from mobile shopping to social media influence to innovation at retailers. Their answers reveal the changing behaviors that will drive the next retail revolution.

Total Retail Launch Events

PwC will be hosting two events to showcase the key findings from PwC’s Total Retail Survey 2016 followed by a question and answer session chaired by Paul Zahra.

Paul has been a leading force in the Australian retail industry for over 30 years having held senior management roles at Target Australia and Officeworks, and was Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Australia’s premium department store, David Jones.

Joining Paul to discuss the findings will be a panel of key industry speakers, from companies including The Iconic, Twitter and Facebook, as well as some of PwC's expert retail leaders.
