Financial X-RAY ®
Financial X-RAY ® is a one-page overview of businesses' financial results that turns normal balance sheet and profit and loss data into meaningful financial management information. It helps entrepreneurs and business owners look at management performance, positive or adverse trends, funding decisions, the actual cash generated and other meaningful financial data including marginal cash flow and working capital investment.
Financial Gap Analysis
Performance indicators in terms of profitability, balance sheet and cash flow management are analysed and then benchmarked against industry standards as well as management objectives.
Activity Based Management Report
This tool breaks down sales, expenses and profit into a profit into a unit of activity. This information is compared against previous periods and budgets to determine trends and guide future strategies for improved financial performance.
Financial Health Assessment
Each quarter, the "financial health" of your business is reviewed by comparing current performance to previous performances as well as assesses industry or established benchmarks. This tool helps to determine what improvements are required.
Financial Improvement Plan
The Financial Improvement Plan is prepared yearly and looks at the "Now, where, how" to determine a businesses' future strategy and goals.
Strategy
