Earlier this year, PwC released a research survey report – Modern mobility: Moving Women with Purpose.
The study found that there is a glaring disconnect in female expectations and companies’ approaches to female mobility and found that only 20 per cent of the current internationally mobile population are women and only 22 per cent of global mobility executives are actively trying to increase their levels of female mobility.
Our PwC panel is joined by Susie Babani, Chief Human Resources Officer at ANZ bank, to discuss and share insights on the key findings from the survey. We take a closer look in the Asia Pacific region including the stereotypes and unconscious bias which lead to the barriers of female mobility, the importance of female role models and understanding mobile readiness.
