What is the Perform approach, and how is it different?

Perform is PwC’s proprietary operational improvement methodology. The Perform solution is a management system that drives new behaviours to increase effectiveness and efficiency in an organisation, and improve customer outcomes. Within 12 weeks, it accelerates results of between 15% – 25% productivity improvement through building leader and manager capability and providing them with the right tools and techniques to run an effective operation.

The Perform solution is based on embedding core operational elements that are incrementally introduced through weekly learning cycles of training, design, implementation and review. Each of the elements reinforces the others elements in a powerful and integrated approach.

Our experienced practitioners spend each day coaching individuals in the underlying principles to ensure that the new way of working becomes business-as-usual and that the benefits are sustainable.
