Real Estate

The Australian real estate industry is in a period of transition. It has emerged from the global economic turmoil of the last few years with stronger balance sheets, stabilised investment property valuations, and the view that listed REITs and unlisted funds are a relatively safe, defensive investment in uncertain economic times.

However, the industry continues to face the challenges of finding new growth opportunities, closing the gap between NTA and share price, diversifying funding sources, and competing with foreign funds for assets within Australia.
