We work with Government and organisations on the development and implementation of appropriate policies.

Examples of these assignments include:
  • Developing and analysing the evidence base to allow rigorous assessment of policy alternatives, for example the actuarial analysis associated with a range of disability policies and services
  • Stakeholder consultations and results analysis, for example extensive indigenous community consultations on the role of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health workers
  • Benefits evaluation of programs, for example designing and implementing the evaluation of a wide range of new and existing health policies to assess their appropriateness, efficiency and effectiveness in achieving their stated objectives
  • Assistance with system design and implementation, for example the development of the AR DRG and Subacute Classification Systems suitable to the implementation of Activity Based Funding
  • Evidence based research, for example the research design and implementation of medication compliance interventions provided in a community pharmacy setting.
