Distressed Investing in Australia

After years of low activity in the Australian distressed debt market, banks appear to have enthusiastically embraced the concept of selling distressed debt. In 2010, banks sold out of a large number of their more "distressed" credits to hedge funds and private equity providers which shows a more positive shift in the market towards this type of investing.

PwC and Blake Dawson have joined forces to produce the 2nd edition of Distressed Investing in Australia which is a practical guide for buyers and sellers and draws on research with senior bankers and funds active in the distressed debt market.
