Environment

Configured to inspire "group genius", the accelerated process is a technology-enabled collaborative design studio. We use thousands of square feet of white board for creating and capturing big, bold ideas. Iteration in multiple workrounds cross- pollinates thinking, ensuring good ideas live and bad ideas disappear.

Facilitation

We assemble a specialised facilitation team to support the event from start to finish. They provide participants with everything they need to succeed, take distractions away and support real-time capture of the work that participants produce.
