The accelerated process we use is the aggregation of best-practice facilitation tools, social mechanisms, methodologies and environments to unleash the full potential of group design work.
Evolution of the Process
The process has been developed over time through use with industry (e.g. telecommunications, financial services, manufacturing, retail etc.), non-profit, governmental, military, professional service and entrepreneurial clients. Our facilitators have delivered over a thousand sessions in Australia alone.

The Process
The process draws upon learning from many diverse disciplines: business, education, architecture, psychology, technology and more. Half science and half art, the process enables remarkable results in accelerated time frames. The process is centered around facilitated events and project optimisation, ranging from strategic 3-day sessions for up to 120 people, to serial tactical work sessions for small groups.

What we do
We use multiple modes of facilitation, (including graphic, environment, enquiry, task based learning, experiential discovery, music, scenarios, and expert group facilitation) and an accelerated, results-driven process, to enable groups to align around complex solutions. Our Design Forums run from 2-4 days, include 20-80 participants and are usually about designing complex, business-issue solutions.
We bring a team of 4-14 facilitation experts, a proven process, and a unique, design-centric mentality to these intense sessions. Preparation is driven by a client sponsor scout team and over 4-6 weeks is focused on creating the right preparation for success.
This usually includes a very specific definition of the challenges, and the identification of the knowledge and people needed to design actionable outcomes in a compressed timeframe.
We typically achieve acceleration and lift that our clients tell us is equal to 3-12 months value in just 2-4 days.
