Laurence is a Consulting Director specialising in delivering productivity programs. His focus is on the implementation of meaningful, sustainable change that delivers significantly improved business performance. With almost 10 years experience, Laurence has lead large and complex performance improvement projects across a range of industries.

His broad strategy and operations background enables him to deliver significant and tangible EBIT improvements. From strategy assessment to operating model redesign and process improvement, his experience provides a holistic lens to improvement initiatives and the breath of skills to support clients from idea generation through to benefit realisation.

Laurence holds a Masters in Management and a Bachelor degree in Management and Political Science from Monash University.

Laurence lives in Melbourne with his wife and son.
