Ajay Rawal

National M&A Integration leader

Ajay leads PwC's M&A Integration practice for Asia Pacific. He has over 18 years experience working on transformation programs across Australia, UK, Europe and USA. He has advised on several cross-border integration and demerger assignments, requiring extensive complex program management with a focus on culture.

As part of PwC's Strategy team, Ajay works with senior executives across the full M&A lifecycle. He evaluates deals both in terms of standalone value and attributing value to synergies and operational improvement, with an emphasis on implementation from the beginning, to the post-close integration process.

Ajay has led large integration projects for a number of ASX organisations and banking companies throughout Europe.

He has a Bachelor of Accountancy with Honours from The University of Dundee, and holds several project and program management certifications.
