Mike leads PwC's Consulting Markets practice nationally, and his focus is on the development and delivery of consulting services and solutions to help clients realise their customer growth and revenue ambitions. Mike has over 16 years experience and knowledge within the Telecommunications Industry.

Prior to joining PwC, Mike spent 14 years as an executive at Bell Canada. Mike has strong experience in the areas of technology, network, operations, customer account management, IT, billing, sales and marketing and strategy.

Mike has a Bachelor degree in Marketing from Brock University and an MBA from Queens University, both in Canada. His executive education includes Stanford University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the University of Southern California.

Mike lives in Melbourne with his wife and three children.
