Debra Eckersley

Debra brings a wealth of experience to clients and has worked with some of Australia's biggest brands to overcome large scale people and change issues. Debra also spends time working with organisations to improve the alignment of performance, remuneration and strategy at board and senior levels within an organisation.
Debra regularly comments on regulatory and macro-environment issues regarding complex remuneration issues and has advised many Australian businesses in this area.
Her core area of expertise includes:
- Responsibility for the quality of all deliverables and client relationships.
- Aligning corporate strategy and the correlation between performance and reward outcomes.
- Advises the Board and management of Australian businesses on remuneration benchmarking and STI & LTI design and implementation.
Debra has a Bachelor of Commerce with a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance. She studies Strategic Human Resources at Cornell University in the US and is an Affiliate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
