PwC Experience Recognition Program

Our recognition program aims to acknowledge and appreciate individuals and teams who are leading the way in living the firm's values and behaviours, and creating exceptional experiences with clients or within their team. The program has been designed to encourage regular and timely recognition of our people throughout the firm, and to really bring our coaching culture to life. A simple act of recognition can have a tremendous impact on another individual in terms of their motivation and engagement. It's about thanking people every day, valuing contributions and celebrating success.

While recognition can be informal and 'on the spot', or via our thank you e-cards, our PwC Experience Recognition Program provides more formal recognition. Successful recipients have more than 170 rewards to choose from. Success stories are often communicated within teams and also on a firm-wide basis, so that others can learn and share in the success. The best examples are further recognised at the national PwC Experience Awards Night which is hosted by our CEO.

Travel and secondments

We encourage our people to seek opportunities to work in other teams, states, internationally or at a client site. This can provide you with a breadth of skills and experiences, while enabling the firm to respond to market needs. Travel or secondment opportunities include:
  • International or domestic transfers or secondments within PwC and client secondment opportunities

  • Relocation costs, when agreed as part of your employment agreement or transfer arrangements

  • Access to leisure travel benefits as well as discounted travel insurance.
