Tim Manefield

Specialist area: Tax & Legal – Specialist Tax

Tim is part of the legal services team in Sydney. He joined PwC in 2010 from a major Australian law firm where he was a partner. He has 20 years experience as a lawyer practising in the areas of corporate & commercial, financial services and real estate law. Tim has spent time working as a lawyer in Japan and Hong Kong as well as Australia.

In recent years, Tim has focused on asset management and private equity, particularly real estate funds management. He has worked on all aspects of corporate real estate, including Initial Public Offerings, private equity real estate funds in Australia and Asia, capital transactions, leasing and development. At the same time, he has conducted a broad range of corporate transactions, such as share sales, business sales, joint ventures, trust related transactions.

Tim has a combined Bachelor of Asian Studies / Law (Hons) degree.
