Stephen is a Partner in our National consulting practice, based in Brisbane. Stephen, a Chartered Accountant, is a recognised financial management consultant specialising in Enterprise Performance Management, profit improvement and Finance function efficiency and effectiveness.

Stephen's career spans 15 years leading important initiatives with clients within Australia, UK, Asia, Canada, South America, Fiji and PNG. In recent years Stephen has led been a leader in our Resources industry practice, delivering important projects across many of Australia's largest mining organisations. These projects have included management reporting redesign, KPI definition, integrated planning, budgeting and forecasting, capital investment analysis and value driver modeling.
