Michael Bona

Specialist area: Tax & Legal – Corporate Tax

Michael joined PwC after starting his career in a national legal firm. Michael has over 10 years advising banks and multinational corporations on structuring their investments into Australia and offshore. He specialises in the tax aspects of financing transactions, cross boarder structuring and M&A.

Michael has been a key tax adviser on significant mergers and acquisitions in the financial services sector in the Perth, Sydney and Melbourne offices. He has performed key roles in the management of technical, structuring and implementation aspects of various projects.

He has joined Perth's tax practice to increase our focus on the mid cap mining sector and our capability on complex transactions and projects.

Michael has presented at a number of Tax Institue Australia conferences and at a Corporate Taxpayer Association conference.
