Jason has worked closely with Australian and foreign multinationals across a wide range of industries for over 10 years.

Jason has extensive experience across all aspects of corporate taxation including corporate reorganisations, capital management, mergers and acquisitions, tax consolidation, investment structuring and taxation audits.

Jason has a Master of Laws from Melbourne University and is a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria.
