Caroline leads a number of audit engagements within the Newcastle office. She is also an active member of the firm's equilibrium projects.

Caroline has over 14 years experience in professional auditing and accounting, including the provision of external auditing, accounting and advisory services to both public and private sectors. Her experience covers a broad range of industries including health research and development, manufacturing and distribution organisations. Her past and current clients include Pharmaxis Ltd, Universal Biosensors Inc, Arnotts Ltd, I-MED Holdings Pty Limited, DCA Group Limited, Genisis Care Pty Limited. Caroline has a breadth of experience in dealing with these clients and other clients on audit, transaction support, due diligence and complex business issues.

Caroline has a Bachelor of Commerce from Macquarie University, is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, and is a Registered Company Auditor.
