Carl has over 14 years experience with PwC in advising a range of clients on various direct and indirect taxation matters. Carl started his career in Sydney, however for the past 6 years he has been based in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea. Carl advises mainly corporate clients on customs and excise duty matters, in-bound and out-bound investment, income tax, GST, stamp duty, exchange control and statutory compliance matters.

Carl's clients cover a wide range of industries including resources (mining, petroleum, gas and LNG), manufacturing, finance, insurance, tourism and services. Carl has also provided advisory services with respect to the fiscal aspects of resource development contracts and the financial models supporting those projects.
