Diversity & Wellbeing – We believe that diversity and the wellbeing of our people is of paramount importance, and we have a variety of initiatives focused on the physical, emotional and mental wellbeing of our people. In FY11, 83% of our people believe PwC supports diversity.
Women at PwC – Women currently make up half of PwC's graduate recruits and while we still have work to do to improve the retention rates later in their careers, our efforts are having an impact. 35% of our Executive Directors and Directors are female with 17% of our partners being female.
